On October 9th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mathew Allen Ray Nicholson, 30, of Elliot on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. Nicholson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On October 9th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Laura Ann Traufler, 49, of Breda on the charge of Theft 2nd Degree. Traufler was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On October 11th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andrew Thomas Copeland Falk, 41, of Atlantic on a warrant for Violation of Parole. Falk was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On October 11th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gleen Raymond, 38, of Atlantic of the charge of Driving while Barred. Raymond was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On October 11th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Douglas Alan Rake, 61, of Des Moines on the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rake was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond
On October 12th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jesse Lee Simmons, 54, of Atlantic on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment of the charge of Interference with Official Acts. Simmons was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released after time served.
On October 12th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lynette Michelle Berg, 55, of Cumberland on the charge of Interference with Official Acts. Berg was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on a guilty plea.
On October 12th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Angela Jean Crisafi, 55, of Cumberland on the charge of Interference with Official Acts, and Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st. Crisafi was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
On October 12th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alexis Rian Paiyton Hoyt,
20, of Atlantic on the charge of OWI – 2nd Offense, and Possession Marijuana – 1st. Hoyt
was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On October 14th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Eric David Rock, 30, of
Oakland on the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance. Rock was transported to
the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On October 16th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Westin James Cubbage,
19, of Harlan on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Cubbage was transported to the Cass
County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
