Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests from 8/27/2026 to 9/3/26:
On August 30th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elvin Allen Shrimpton, 62, of Exira on the charges of OWI – 1st Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Shrimpton was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On August 31st, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Gene Clark, 37, of Atlantic on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Clark was transported to the Cass County jail where he was booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
