(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Board of Supervisors will hold a Special Meeting beginning at 9-a.m. Tuesday, June 9th, in their Board Room at the Cass County Courthouse, in Atlantic. During their session, the Board will act on approving the re-appointment of Terry Dugan to the Cass County Veteran’s Affairs Commission, with his term beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029. The Board will also act on approving the appointment of Steve Livengood to the Cass County VA Commission, with his term in effect for the same time frame as Terry Dugan.
The Supervisors will act on the appointment, also, of Tyler Shiels as a Cass County Secondary Roads Operator 1, at a rate of $26.11/hour, and they are expected to pass a Resolution pertaining to a canvass of the June 2, 2026 Cass County Primary Election Results.
