Cass County S.O. arrests from 7/9/2026 to current (7/16/26 @ 3:15 pm):
On July 13th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alaina Sue Abild, 22, of Griswold on a Cass County Warrant for Violation of Probation. Abild was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
On July 14th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Stephen Bryan Youngs, 45, of Clarinda on charges of OWI – 2nd Offense and Driving while Barred. Youngs was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
On July 16th, 2025, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kara Hope Kelly, 29, of Atlantic on the charges of Eluding – Speed 25 Over Limit, Interference with Official Acts, and Reckless Driving. Kelly was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
On July 16th, 2025, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sarah Jo Porter, 30, of Cumberland on the charge of Domestic Assault with Bodily Injury – 1st. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
