The following will cover Cass County S.O. arrests from 8/07/2026 to current (8/17/26 @ 1:00 pm):
On August 7th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Roger Dwayne Vincent Jr, 46, of Anita on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Kidnapping 1st Degree, and five counts to Sexual Abuse – 3rd. Vincent received an additional charge of Possession of Marijuana – 3rd during his arrest. Vincent was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On August 13th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Evelyn Moon Eastman, 19, of Atlantic on the charges of two counts of Assault with Bodily Injury. Eastman was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
