Candidate Eric Armstrong won the Iowa House District 20 race Tuesday event though he announced online two months ago he was suspending his campaign for health reasons. Ethan Hewett reports.
Out of 8,339 total votes Eric Armstrong beat his opponent Keith Jones 4,602 votes to 3,737.
