Atlantic Police report on arrests (Aug. 8-13th)

(Atlantic, IA) Officials with the Atlantic Police Department, Friday, issued a report on several arrests made, and citations that were issued, between August 8th and the 13th. All subjects arrested were taken to the Cass County Jail. Those arrested include:

On August 8th: 68-year-old Michael Dorsey of Atlantic, who was arrested for first-offense OWI/1st offense; 33-year-old Jotoichy Oneisom, of Atlantic, was arrested for first-offense OWI and eluding; Anthony Titus, 44, of Atlantic was arrested August 8th on a child endangerment charge. While Titus was in custody at the Cass County Jail on August 9th, an additional incident resulted in an additional charge of assault causing bodily injury.

On August 10, 39-year-old Randy Sizemore of Atlantic was arrested for fourth-degree theft.

As previously reported, 28-year-old Resty Helson of Atlantic was arrested August 11 and taken to the Cass County Jail on charges of first-offense OWI, interference with official acts, intimidation with a dangerous weapon, going armed with intent, reckless use of a firearm, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

On August 13, 22-year-old Taylor Montgomery of Atlantic was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

Also on August 13, 19-year-old Xayden Gaunt of Atlantic turned himself in on a warrant for first-degree harassment.

And, 21-year-old Grant Swanson of Atlantic was cited and then released on August 13th, for supplying alcohol to a person under legal age.
