(Atlantic, IA) – The Atlantic Police Department reports 15 arrests took place between July 12th and Aug. 6th, including the following:
August 6th: 46-year-old Kevin Viether, of Atlantic, who was arrested for Assault with Bodily Injury.
On August 3rd, officers with the Atlantic P-D arrested 53-year-old Gene Reed, of Atlantic, for Lottery Fraud, Tampering or coercion, and Theft in the 4th Degree.
Two people were arrested in Atlantic on August 2nd: 27-year-old Joseph Atoliph, of Atlantic, was arrested for OWI/2nd offense, and 21-year-old Chase Dimmitt, of Harlan, was arrested for OWI/1st offense.
On the 1st of Augusts, the A-PD arrested 49-year-old Cory Figgins, of Atlantic, for Domestic Abuse Assault/1st offense.
July 30th, officers arrested 34-year-old Three Eight Louis, of Atlantic, for Public Intoxication. On the 29th, 28-year-old TayTay Angawa, of Atlantic, was arrested for Public Intoxication, as well.
There were two arrests July 24th, in Atlantic: 34-year-old Nicholas Anderson, of Atlantic, was arrested for Harassment in the 1st Degree, and for Violating a No Contact Order; 43-year-old Joshua Baldwin, of Norwalk, was arrested for OWI/2nd offense.
On July 20th, 38-year-old James Scott, of Maysville, MO, was arrested for OWI/1st offense and on two counts of Simple Assault. On July 19th, Atlantic Police arrested: 25-year-old Boston Shupe, of Council Bluffs, was arrestred for Possession of drug paraphernalia; 30-year-old Sarah Porter, of Cumberland, was arrested for Violation of a No Contact Order, and 27-year-old Kalub Kusmierz, of Ladd, IL, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
On the 18th of July, Atlantic Police arrested 30-year-old Lasarus Samo, of Atlantic, for OWI/1st offense. And, on the 12th of July, 28-year-old Cheyenne Brown, of Harlan, was arrested Domestic Abuse Assault/1st offense.
Atlantic Police cited into court and released 73-year-old Randall Stohbehn, of Audubon, for Theft in the 5th Degree.
