(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests took place over the past week.
On March 26th, Deputies arrested 35-year-old Mikel Ann Erickson, of Lewis, on an Assault charge. Erickson was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on a guilty plea.
On March 28th, 34-year-old Troy James Walker, of Atlantic was arrested for Theft 2nd Degree $1,500 < $10,000, and Obstruction Prosecution/Defense. Walker was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
And, on April 1st, Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 70-year-old Robin Diane Loring, of Lewis, on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Loring was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
