(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three recent arrests:
On July 18th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shari Ann Comstock, 53, of Omaha, NE on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, and Driving while Barred. Comstock was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released with a guilty plea.
On July 28th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrest Dixon William Harley Briggs, 28, of Red Oak on the charges of Domestic Assault with Intent – 1st, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Briggs was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On July 21st, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrest Julio Cesa Harnadez Cervantes, 28, of Omaha, NE on the charges of OWI – 1st Offense and Driving While License Denied or Revoked. Harnadez Cervantes was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
