(Red Oak, IA) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says two men were arrested Thursday, on separate charges. Authorities report 43-year-old Jan Charles Posten, of Villisca, was arrested a little after 10-p.m., for Domestic Assault – Impeding the flow of air, two-counts of Child Endangerment, and Obstruction of Emergency Communications. Posten was being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
And, 41-year-old Aaron Lucas Allen, of Red Oak, was arrested by Montgomery County Deputies at around 3:15-a.m., Thursday,, on a warrant for Contempt of Court – based on an original charge of Violating a No Contact Order. Allen was also being held without bond, in the Montgomery County Jail.
