(Red Oak, IA) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports a 15-year-old male was arrested Thursday, after deputies were called to the vicinity of the 500 block of E. 5th Street in Villisca, where a theft from a vehicle was reported.
Upon further investigation, the unidentified juvenile was arrested for Burglary in the 3rd Degree – an Aggravated Misdemeanor. The teen was cited into court and released to the custody of their parent.
