(Red Oak, IA)- A months-long investigation by Red Oak and Council Bluffs Police resulted in the arrest Sunday afternoon of a woman from Red Oak. The Red Oak Police Department reports 39-year-old Vanessa Rene Sickels was arrested on charges that include: Lascivious Acts with a child – a class C felony; Grooming – a class D felony, and Indecent Contact with a child – an aggravated misdemeanor.
Sickles was arrested at around 1-p.m. in the 600 block of East Washington Avenue in Red Oak. She was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
