Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says Republicans disappointed by the party’s shortcomings in Washington should still vote red to help Republicans keep control in congress. Grassley spoke at the Westside Conservative Club in Urbandale today (Wednesday) and says he’s been hearing some Republicans are “turned off’ because they feel the GOP hasn’t delivered in Washington.
Grassley told reporters after his speech Republicans have some “catching up to do” based on recent polls. But he’s hopeful Republicans will be elected up and down the ticket.
