(Glenwood, IA) – The Glenwood Police Department reports 18-year-old Devonne Jay Doyle, of Glenwood, was arrested Wednesday afternoon. Doyle was charged with Possession of Marijuana/1st offense, and Eluding. He was being held in the Mills County Jail on bond amounting to $2,000.
