(Glenwood, IA) – The Glenwood Police Department reports two recent arrests: On May 3rd, 33-year-old Ciera Lynn Henke, of Council Bluffs, was arrested at around 10:45-p.m. in Glenwood. She was charged with Driving While Barred and OWI/2nd Offense, Henke’s bond was set at $4,000 altogether. Her preliminary hearing was set for May 13th.
And, on May 2nd, at around 4:05-p.m., Police in Glenwood arrested 41-year-old Cindy Lynn Swanson, of Glenwood, on an Out-of-State warrant.
