(Buena Vista County, IA) – The driver of an SUV died in a rollover crash this (Sunday) morning, in northwest Iowa. The Iowa State Patrol reports 58-year-old Andrew Lincoln, of Storm Lake, was traveling eastbound on 480th Street, south of Marathon at around 9:10-a.m., when for reasons unknown, the vehicle left the road to the right, before entering the south ditch, east of Buena Vista County Road M54.
The 2007 Lincoln MKX began to roll over, and came to rest on the driver’s side, in a cornfield. The Patrol says the driver was wearing a seat belt, but died from his injuries at the scene.
