(Clarke County, IA) – A collision Wednesday evening on Interstate 35 north of Osceola, resulted in the death of a man from Polk County. According to the Iowa State Patrol, a 2021 Honda motorcycle operated by 22-year-old Jordan James Wilson, of Des Moines, was traveling northbound near mile marker 40 at around 5:23 p.m., and attempting to drive by a trailer being pulled by a semi, when the motorcycle made contact with the left rear side of the trailer.
Wilson died at the scene. The driver of the semi was not injured in the crash.
