(Red Oak, IA) – A traffic stop at around 9:20 a.m. Wednesday (8/19) in Red Oak, resulted in the arrest of 44-year-old Ronald Glen Ballinger, the 3rd, of Elliott. After further investigation, Ballinger was arrested for Driving Under Suspension, with 19 withdrawals in effect, and felony Possession of a Controlled Substance/3rd offense. He was being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
