(Scott County, IA) – The driver of a Scott County-owned dump truck died in a crash Monday morning, near Maysville. According to the Iowa State Patrol, the 2026 International dump truck was traveling east on Highway 130/New Liberty Road at around 7:50-a.m., when for reasons unknown, the vehicle went out of control and rolled over.
The driver of the vehicle died from their injuries at a local hospital. Their name was not immediately released, pending completion of the crash investigation.
