Officers with the Council Bluffs Police Department arrested Thomas Benjamin Stone of Des Moines, IA after completion of an on-line child predator operation which focused on identifying individuals seeking to exploit children. The Pottawattamie County Attorney’s Office approved the following charges:
Grooming.
Phone dissemination of obscene materials to a minor.
Sexual exploitation of a minor.
Mr. Stone is currently being held at the Pottawattamie County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
