(Creston, IA) – A man from Union County was arrested Wednesday night on a Domestic Abuse charge. Creston Police report 32-year-old Hoss Franklin McKay, of Creston, was arrested at his home at around 10:30-p.m., Wednesday. McKay was charged with Domestic Abuse/2nd Offense. He was taken to Union County Jail and held without bond until seen by a judge.
