(Creston, IA) — Firefighters with the Creston Fire Department, assisted by crews from Afton, battled a large machine shed fire, Sunday morning. According to a CFD social media post, the incident in the 2100 block of Ivy Avenue, was reported at around 1:38-a.m., Sunday. Upon arrival, crews found structure and vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
The fire was extinguished just before 4-a.m., Sunday morning. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
