(Red Oak, IA) – A traffic stop Tuesday afternoon (July 7th) in Montgomery County, resulted in the arrest of a man from Pottawattamie County, on a drug charge. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies arrested 45-year-old Ian Leib, of Council Bluffs, following a traffic stop at around 4:09-p.m., at the intersection of Highways 34 and 48. Red Oak Police assisted at the scene.
Leib was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance/2nd offense – an aggravated misdemeanor. His bond was set at $2,000.
