(Mount Ayr, IA) – The Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office, Monday afternoon, said a central Iowa man was arrested Sunday morning on two felony charges. 22-year-old Jonathan David Clark Geddes, of Altoona, was arrested at around 1-a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Ringgold County Jail and held on a $10,000 bond.
