Cass County Sheriff’s report on recent arrests

(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports six recent arrests:

On May 15th, deputies arrested 40-year-old Laurie Kay Parrott, of Atlantic, for OWI-1st Offense. Parrott was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked-in and released on her own recognizance.

There were two arrests in Cass County on May 16th: 21-year-old Tate Allan Conyers, and 39-year-old Jason Edward Wingrove, both of Anita, were each arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct – Fighting/Violent Behavior. Both men were transported to the Cass County Jail, booked-in, and released on their own recognizance.

Three people were arrested on separate charges May 20th in Cass County: 20-year-old Xavier Anaya, of Griswold, was arrested on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Harassment – 1st Degree (Threats). Anaya was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held; 39-year-old Brandon James May, of Whitehall, MI, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, and OWI-1st Offense. May was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance; and, 61-year-old Blaine Arthur Carbis, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 20th, on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Possession of Controlled Substance charge.

Carbis was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
