(Atlantic, IA) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports the following recent arrests:
On May 10th, deputies arrested Arthur Matthew Davis Jr, 48, of Atlantic on the charge of OWI-2nd Offense. Davis was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
On May 13th, Morgan Barbara Dvorak, 34, of Atlantic, was arrested on the charge of OWI-1st Offense. Dvorak was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on her own recognizance; and, Rhonda Michelle Hafner, 65, of Griswold, was arrested on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hafner was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On May 14th, Sinomi Rachunap, 31, of Omaha, NE turned himself in to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office on a Cass County Warrant forFailure to Appear. Rachunap was booked and released on bond; and, Harry Richard Wood Jr, of Massena, was arrested on the charge of Violation of No Contact/Protective Order. Wood was transported to the Cass County jail where he was booked and held.
