(Audubon, IA) -The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office has issued a report on persons arrested during the Month of April, 2026:
- 31-year-old Rex Beaman, of Menlo, was arrested April 4th, on a failure to appear warrant. The warrant stemmed from Sex Offender registry violations that were filed in October of 2025. He posted bond and was released.
- 33-year-old Robert Joens, of Exira, was arrested April 9th on a Violation of Parole warrant for another Jurisdiction. In the process of the arrest, he was also charged with Interference with Official Acts and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He pled guilty on his local charges and held until he was transferred to another facility.
- 54-year-old Trent Lynch, of Sac City, was arrested April 14th in Audubon County, on a Violation of Probation warrant. He appeared before the magistrate and was held until he later posted bond.
- 18-year-old Preston White, of Kimballton, was arrested April 21st, on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. The charge stems from an incident in Kimballton. He appeared before the magistrate and was released on his own recognizance.
- And, 32-year-old Samuel Giermann, of Carroll, was arrested April 30th, on a Failure to Appear warrant stemming from OWI-2nd offense and Driving While Barred charges, that were filed in August of 2024. He appeared before the magistrate and was held until he later posted bond.
