(Greenfield, IA) – The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests:
On Friday, June 19th, 31-year-old Corry Daniel Burton, of Des Moines, was arrested following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near mile-marker 88, in Adair County. Burton was taken into custody for OWI/1st offense, Child Endangerment, and Reckless Driving, after authorities received a report of a pickup truck driving aggressively. His vehicle was observed passing at a high rate of speed, and driving erratically by, a Deputy who was on an exit ramp. Burton was released the following day on a $3,000 bond.
And, on Saturday, June 20th, an Iowa State Patrol Trooper arrested 38-year-old Jose Rigoberto Aguilar-Perez, of Sioux Falls, SD, following a traffic stop. Perez was taken into custody on a Polk County warrant for Failure to Appear. He was turned-over to Polk County authorities.
