(Glenwood, IA) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests occurred over the past week:
Early Sunday morning, deputies arrested 38-year-old Stephanie Kathleen Gorham, of Omaha, in Hastings. She was charged with OWI/1st offense and Child Endangerment. Gorham’s combined bond on those charges was set at $3,000.
There were four arrests July 4th in Mills County:
22-year-old Wyeth Alexander Platt, of Iowa City, 54-year-old Joshua Fredrick Richardson, of Davenport, and 42-year-old Justin Michael Richardson, of Durant, were arrested at around 3:15-p.m. in Glenwood. All three were charged with Reckless Use of a Firearm without injury. Their bonds were set at $300 each; And, 40-year-old Brent David Schroedter, of Nebraska City, NE., was arrested July 4th in Glenwood, for Domestic Abuse Asault-1st offense. His bond was also set at $300.
On July 1st, Mills County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 32-year-old Patrick Clayton Giesting, of Glenwood, for Failure To Appear on a felony charge. His bond was set at $5,000. Two people were arrested June 30th, in Emerson: 47-year-old Amy Dawn Clemmons, and 22-year-old Leanna Dawn Clemmons, both of Emerson, were taken into custody. Amy Clemmons’ was arrested for Domestic Assault-Bodily Injury/1st offense. Her bond was set at $1,000. Leanna Clemmons was arrested for Interference with Official Acts, with bond set at $300.
And, on June 29th, Deputies in Mills County arrested 68-year-old Robert William McLean, of Pleasant Hill, MO., for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree. McLean was arrested in Glenwood and held on a $2,000 bond.
