(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak report the arrest at around 1:35 a.m. Sunday, July 19th, of 22-year-olld Eduardo Ruiz Juarez, of Red Oak, He was arrested at N. 4th and E. Oak Streets and charged with OWI/1st offense, with bond set at $1,000.
