(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak say three people were arrested early this (Friday) morning (May 22nd). The arrests occurred in the 1600 block of E. Summit Street at around 2:15-a.m. Authorities say officers arrested 44-year-old Jessie Elaine Gaunt, of Red Oak, for Violation of a No Contact Order-Domestic related (Simple Misdemeanor).
Red Oak Police arrested 42-year-old William Christopher Suggs, of Red Oak, for Violation of a No Contact Order-Domestic related, and Interference with Official Acts (Simple Misdemeanors). And, 26-year-old Jeffrey Arnold, of Red Oak, was arrested for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order (Simple Misdemeanor).
All three subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Red Oak, where they were being held without bond.
