(Mount Ayr, IA) – Sheriff’s officials in Ringgold County report two recent arrests. Authorities say 31-year-old Bailey Sue Boswell, of Mount Ayr, was arrested Tuesday evening on an outstanding Ringgold County warrant charging her with two counts of Child Endangerment (Aggravated Misdemeanors). Boswell was booked into the Ringgold County Jail and held on a $4,000 bond.
And, Saturday evening (June 13th), 40-year-old Constance Leigh Goodrich, of Worth, MO., was arrested on an outstanding Ringgold County warrant for Violation of Probation – on an original, felony charge of Theft in the 1st Degree.
Goodrich was booked into the Ringgold County Jail after waiving her extradition, and was transferred from the Nodaway County, MO., jail in Maryville, MO. Her cash-only bond was set at $5,000.
