(Red Oak, IA) – The Red Oak Police Department reports two people from Red Oak were arrested early Sunday morning on Simple Misdemeanor charges of Trespassing/1st offense. 40-year-old Jacob Wayne Dykes-Vargas, and 27-year-old Samantha Duffield-Cunningham were taken into custody at around 12:15-a.m., in the 400 block of N. 2nd Street, in Red Oak.
The pair were taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on bond amounting to $917.50, each.
