(Red Oak, IA) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports two men were arrested late Monday on separate Cass County warrants. At around 6:34-p.m., Deputies arrested 41-year-old Randon Daniel Phelps, of Red Oak, in the 1200 block of Senate Avenue, in Red Oak. Phelps was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant for Failure To Appear on an original, Possession of a Controlled Substance charge. He was turned-over to Cass County Deputies and held in the Cass County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
And, just before 10-p.m., Monday, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 31-year-old Christian Monreal Sempek, of Elliott, in the 300 block of 5th Street, in Elliott. He was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant for Violation of Probation. Sempek was turned-over to Cass County Deputies and held at the jail in Atlantic on a $1,000 bond.
