(Red Oak, IA) – Two people were arrested late Thursday evening on Assault charges, in Red Oak. According to the Red Oak Police Department, 67-year-old Ronald Edward Borden, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 8-p.m. in the 1800 block of E. Summit Street, and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault/1st offense, a Simple Misdemeanor.
22-year-old Kaydence Reanne Fussell, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 8:45-p.m., Thursday, in the 1200 block of Highland Avenue. She was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault with Injury/1st offense – a Serious Misdemeanor.
Borden and Fussell were transported to the Montgomery County Jail, and held without bond.
