(Red Oak, IA) – Sheriff’s Deputies in Montgomery County, early Friday afternoon (July 31), arrested two people following a domestic violence situation in Villisca. Authorities say 26-year-old Nathan Simmons, of Villisca, and 22-year-old Malana Howe, of Clarinda, were each arrested on a charge of Domestic Assault/1st offense – Simple Misdemeanors.
Both subjects were being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail, pending an initial court appearance.
