(Glenwood, IA) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports nearly a dozen arrests took place between April 13th and the 18th:
- 35-year-old Alyssa Marie Johnson was arrested at around 8-p.m. April 18th in Henderson, for Domestic Assault with Bodily Injury-1st Offense. (Bond $1,000)
- 50-year-old John Chester Tyler, of Omaha, was arrested on the 18th in Pacific Junction, for OWI/1st offense. (Bond $1,000)
- 32-year-old Sierra Kay Falkena, of Malvern, was arrested April 17th for Domestic Assault w/Bodily Injury-1st offense. (Bond $1,000)
- 38-year-old Daniella Jane Sharp, of Hooper, NE, was arrested on the 15th in Mills County, for Theft in the 2nd Degree (Value >$1,500 but < $10,000). (Bond $5,000)
- 59-year-old Dodd Paul Butler, of Missouri Valley, was arrested April in Glenwood, for Violation of Probation. ($2,000 bond)
- 55-year-old Guy Alexander Barnes, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on the 15th in Hastings, on two counts of Assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. (Bond $4,000 total)
- 35-year-old Travis Jordan Cornwall, of Plattsmouth, NE, was arrested on April 15th in Malvern, on a Mills County warrant for Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree – Class C Felony. (Bond $10,000)
- 46-year-old Helen Elaine Tuper, of Malvern, was arrested April 14th for Assault with Bodily Injury. (Bond $1,000)
- On April 13th, Mills County Deputies arrested 48-year-old Adrian Charles Bauer, of Emerson, for Harassment of a Public Official/Employee, and Interference with Official Acts. (Bond $600)
- There were two other arrests April 13th in Mills County, as well: 31-year-old Brandon Michael Pendergast, of Minden, and 32-year-old Alyssa Marie Edfors, of Clinton (IA), were arrested in Glenwood and Council Bluffs (respectively), on separate warrants for Failure to Appear. Edfors’ bond was set at $2,000, and Pendergast was being held without bond in the Mills County Jail.
