(Red Oak, IA) – Police in Red Oak, late Thursday night, arrested a woman on a Harassment charge. 19-year-old Lexiz Jezel Moreno, of Red Oak, was taken into custody at around 11:25-p.m. in the 400 block of N. 3rd Street. Moreno was charged with Harassment in the 3rd Degree – a Simple Misdemeanor. She was brought to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300 bond.
