(Red Oak, IA) – Officials with the Red Oak Police Department report a woman was arrested Wednesday evening (March 25th), for Disorderly Conduct. 61-year-old Ruth Kristine Burns, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 6:10-p.m in the 200 block of E. Hammond Street. She was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $300 bond.
