Public hearings & Special meeting of the Atlantic School Board set for March 25th

(Atlantic, IA) – Two Public Hearings and a Special Board meeting of the Atlantic School Board will take place on Wednesday, March 25th in the Atlantic High School Media Center. The Public Hearings are with regard to the Proposed Property Tax Levy – FY 27, and the 2026-2027 School Year Calendar. The Special Board meeting will include action on approving: the 2026-27 School Calendar; HVAC work in the bus barn; the Resignation of Aidan Wendt, and a Closed Session to evaluate Superintendent Dr. Beth Johnsen (see the full agenda below).
