(Creston, IA) – The Creston Police Department reports four arrests took place between Friday night and early this (Monday) morning. Authorities say three people were arrested on separate drug-related charges:
At around 10:30-p.m. Friday, Police in Creston arrested 20-year-old Zeven Michael Lemon, of Creston, for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana/1st Offense. Lemon was Cited and Released on a Promise to Appear in Court; At around 12:17-a.m. Saturday, 43-year-old Michaela Frances Cooney, of Creston, was arrested at Creston Law Enforcement Center on an Outside Agency Warrant.
The warrant was for Probation Violation original charges of attempted Burglary 3rd Motor Vehicle and Possession of Controlled Substance Meth 1st Offense. Cooney was taken to the Union County Jail, where her held without bond until making her Initial Appearance. She was later transported to the Clarke County Jail; and, at around 1:47-a.m. today (Monday), 18-year-old Adrian Michael Lillie, of Creston, was arrested on two Outside Agency Warrants.
The first warrant was for Possession of Controlled Substance – Marijuana/1st Offense. The second warrant was for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lillie was transported to the Union County Jail where he posted a $1300 cash or surety bond.
And, at around 7:15-p.m., Friday, Police in Creston arrested 34-year-old Juan Carlos Troconiz Atencio, of Creston, on a charge of Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked. Atencio was Cited and Released on a Promise to Appear.
