(Red Oak, IA) – Red Oak Police report a man and a woman were arrested on separate charges early this (Monday) morning (March 23rd).
Authorities say at around 12:35-a.m., officers arrested 61-year-old Ruth Kristine Burns, of Red Oak, for Disorderly Conduct (Loud Noise)- Simple Misdemeanor. She as arrested in the 1500 block of N. 8th Street and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where her bond was set at $300.
And, at around 1:55-a.m., Red Oak Police arrested 37-year-old Cody Linn Hudson, of Red Oak, for Domestic Abuse Assault/1st offense – Simple Misdemeanor. He was taken into custody in the 100 block of E. Market Street and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Hudson was being held without bond, pending an appearance before a magistrate.
