10 arrests in Mills County from 3/19-3/22-2026

(Glenwood, IA) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports 10 arrests took place between March 19th and the 22nd. Those arrested include:

On March 19th: 34-year-old Blake Ryon Cummings, of Glenwood. He was arrested on five counts of Child Endangerment and Domes Assault Choking/Bodily Injured. His bond was set at $11,000.

Two arrests took place March 20th in Mills County: 42-year-old Geidel Bell Cajigal, of Grand Island, NE, was arrested in Harlan on an Out-of-County/Warrant (Bond $5,000), and, 52-year-old Jennifer Rene Kirsch, of Glenwood, was arrested in Pacific Junction for OWI/1st Offense (Bond $1,000).

Three separate arrests occurred March 21st in Mills County: 29-year-old Gabriel Michael Ruiz, of Omaha, was arrested on Bunge Avenue for Speeding (16-20 mph over the posted limit), and Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle (Bond $600); 22-year-old Sye Eugene Chatman, of Kansas City, MO., was arrested on I-29 near Pacific Junction, for Possession of Marijuana/1st offense, and Person ineligible to carry a weapon (Bond $2,000); 23-year-old Zionay Amajeah Marr, of Gladstrone, MO, was arrested on I-29 near Malvern, for Possession of Marijuana/1st offense (Bond $1,000).

The rest of the arrests in Mills County took place March 22nd, and include:

  • 34-year-old Nicholas James Gragg, of Malvern, was arrested for Assault while participating in a felony – no injury, and Burglary in the 1st Degree (Bond $30,000). Gragg was also charged with Domestic Abuse Assault-2nd offense, and Harassment in the 1st Degree (Threats).
  • 49-year-old Simon Christopher Elias, of Glenwood, was arrested for Violation of Probation (Bond $2,000).
  • and, 25-year-old Zhamorah Lechelle, of Lees Summit, MO, was arrested on two-counts of Child Endangerment and OWI/1st offense (Bond $5,000).
