Into oven casserole mix:

• 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
• 1 cup beer
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Bake in oven for 3 hours at 325 degrees.  Add:

• 3 carrots, sliced in bite sizes
• 2 stalks celery, sliced in bite sizes
• 1 potato, diced
• 5 to 6 small onions

Continue cooking in oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
