JOHN WENDT, 88, of Portsmouth died Wednesday,December 30th at his home.  A Private Family Mass of Christian Burial for JOHN WENDT will be held on Saturday, January 2nd at 11:00 am at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima Church in Portsmouth.  Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Burial in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Portsmouth.

JOHN WENDT is survived by:

Wife:  Elaine Wendt of Portsmouth.

Sons:  John (Mary Ann) Wendt of Panama and Larry (Jeana) Wendt of Ceresco, NE.

Daughters:  Peg (Bob) Barta of Salado, TX; Bev (Rich) Priestly of Salado, TX; Traci (Trent) Schuning of Portsmouth.
