CHARLES BLUM, 85, of Harlan, died Wed., Nov. 25th, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. A private, family graveside service for CHARLES BLUM will be held 2-p.m. Monday, Nov. 30th, at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Panama. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
