10.) Sometimes when I listen to music, the RealPlayer says I’m experiencing “Net Congestion” or “Rebuffering”, the audio will break up making it impossible to listen or view. What causes this situation?
There are a number of causes of Net Congestion and lets take a minute here and explore each of them:
Bad connection to your ISP - You may have a poor connection to the internet. Try disconnecting and redialing your connection to the internet. Sometimes this will give you a better connection.

Surfing the Web while listening to Music – If you try to view a Web page with lots of graphics, you may not have enough capacity to simultaneously listen to RealAudio or RealVideo. Click the Stop button on your web browser and see if the RealAudio or Video gets better.

Traffic On The Internet – Like commuting on your local highways, traffic on the Internet is subject to traffic jams. When things are busy on the Internet, part of the audio and video information can be lost. When too much information is lost, the RealPlayer will have trouble playing music or displaying video, and the RealPlayer will display a message indicating “Net Congestion.” Try re-clicking on the link, this may help establish a better connection to the server.

11.) No matter what I do when I click on a link, I always get rebuffering. How can I fix this?
The setting in the player that tells your connection to the Internet may be wrong. Try the following steps to fix this:
For the RealPlayer G2:

Click the Options menu.

Click the Preferences menu item.

Click the Connection tab.

Make sure that the selection for Normal Bandwidth and Maximum Bandwidth match the speed at which you connect to the Internet. For example, if you connect with a 56 Kbps modem, make sure the Normal Bandwidth and Maximum Bandwidth settings are both set to “56K Modem”.

12.) Regardless of what I do, I still can’t seem to get the RealPlayer to work!
