FRANK DAVID RATZLAFF, 79, of Manchester (a native of Lewis & 1958 Atlantic H.S graduate), died Tuesday, December 17th, 2019, at his home in Manchester. A Memorial Service with Military Honors for FRANK RATZLAFF will be held 3-p.m. Friday, December 20th, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Manchester. 13 grandchildren,  6 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-granchildren; and special friends, Ron and Diane Gienapp, Lee and Joyce Falck, and Bob and Laurie Tibbott.
