ELSIE ELIZABETH PHIFER, 84, of Harlan, died Monday, Dec. 23rd. Funeral services for ELSIE PHIFER will be held 10-a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28th, at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Jacksonville. Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Her daughters – Alice (Scott) Hemmingsen, of Audubon, and Hyla Ann (Robert) Barnett, of Aurora, CO.

Her sister – Gladys Ventris, of Beemer, NE.

16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
